Savannah Dining
Savannah dining features restaurants famous for their down-home southern style. During your visit, be sure to sample the City's culinary delights.

Whether you choose a casual spot for lunch or upscale dinner, Savannah restaurants offer a unique experience with lots of classic Lowcountry flavor. You'll find shrimp and grits, black-eyed peas, fried green tomatoes, homemade biscuits and plenty of peaches prepared in countless different ways.
Here are a few recommendations for where to find a great meal among the many Savannah GA restaurants:
Cha Bella: This upscale restaurant features innovative, seasonal cuisine using fresh, organic ingredients.
Elizabeth on 37th: This Savannah tradition offers upscale Lowcountry cuisine in an historic southern mansion.
Jazz'd Tapas Bar: The highlight here is the live entertainment playing jazz and signing standards from Sinatra's era on various nights. Generous tapas and well-made cocktails top off the night.
Lady & Sons: Paula Deen's restaurant featuring traditional Southern cooking. Though it's a landmark, many say it's been far surpassed by the city's other offerings.
Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room: If you don’t mind company, try family style dining at Mrs. Wilkes where the Southern soul food gets rave reviews. There's almost always a line, but fans says its well worth the wait for this landmark restaurant.
Noble Fare: Fine dining in a romantic spot off the beaten path.
The Tea Room: This unique restaurant is true to its name offering countless varieties of hot tea. Lunch is served with soup, tea, and a plate of small desserts. The ambiance is that of a delicate and elegant tea room, yet casual enough for an everyday lunch. Be sure you have plenty of time to enjoy your meal - haste is not the order of the day here, but tea is best enjoyed slowly after all.
The Olde Pink House: Fresh, locally inspired cuisine with plenty of seafood on the menu. Reservations strongly recommended. Located at 23 Abercorn St. Tel: 912-232-4286. I had a wonderful dinner here - the restaurant is elegant and romantic, the food is delicious and creative, and the service is excellent.
SoHo South Café: A quirky, casual spot for a fresh, Lowcountry lunch.
Sweet Potatoes Kitchen: Laid-back, inexpensive and certainly unique, this local favorite puts a healthy twist on traditional southern fare…yes, I said healthy, but it's also fresh and delicious!
Savannah GA restaurants showcase the fresh seafood and classic flavors of the South. With many options to choose from and new hot spots continually coming onto the scene, be sure to treat your palate when you visit Savannah!
